Brother and Sister Macey,
My family and I currently
live in Baytown, Texas.
We attended your series of
special services with
Brother Stoneking this
weekend, as we did last year
as well! We appreciate your
warm welcome to saints for
other congregations to visit
on their off nights.
We have a cousin, James
Caston, that is on life
support in Jackson,
Mississippi, due to a
massive heart attack that he
had last Monday. The word
has been that he was shocked
back to life several times
and his vitals flat-lined 8
or 9 times, leaving him
clinging to life only
through life support. I
called my aunt before last
evening service to check on
him, and she said he had
awakened, moved his arms and
legs, but not speaking, or
responding to simple
commands.
I wanted to testify to
you about a phone call I
just received from my
brother. He said he
received a text last night
from family in the area that
James sat up in the bed and
looked across the room,
telling his nurse that he
wanted to go home! Brother
Stoneking had encouraged us
to be SPECIFIC about our
prayer and move away from
generalities. There was
such an amazing level of
faith for the miraculous! I
believe that God has raised
my cousin to save him and
give him a hope at eternal
life! I am so excited!
Thank you again for your
burden for Houston and
surrounding communities.
Thank you for having Brother
Stoneking come and encourage
us to believe the Lord.
Thank you for you and your
family’s willingness to
cleave to the gospel when so
many are leaving basic
principles!
